The African continent has plunged into mourning following the death of Tanzania’s President John Magufuli.
Magufuli died at a hospital in Dar es Salaam, following a sickness linked to heart disease.
Tanzanian Vice President, Samia Suluhu Hassan announced the shocking news last Wednesday. in in statement .He died at the age of 61.

Hassan is now the acting president of Tanzania. While a date for her swearing in has not yet been announced, she will be Tanzania’s first female president.
